Decal order policy

This policy covers custom printed decal orders.

Production & delivery

Standard decal orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Premium Protection laminate adds 2 business days, for a shipping timeframe of 5–7 business days. Most standard orders ship before the third business day. Shipping transit time is additional. Borderless designs may require up to 5 additional business days for the entire combined order, as disclosed before checkout.

Cancellations

Custom decal orders cannot be canceled for a change of mind once placed. Production may begin within an hour, so carefully review your artwork, size, quantity, and delivery details before submitting your order.

Order problems & replacements

Report an order problem to jhardy@proinkcustoms.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the issue. We will correct incorrect orders. Other concerns require supporting evidence and review by Pro-Ink Customs. For approved claims, we provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive the original order, we will ship a replacement set at no additional charge. Approved claims are resolved through replacements only. The three-day deadline applies to reporting the problem, not completing the return.

Required customer rights

These policies do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised date or canceling the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund as required by law.

Artwork privacy & portfolio permission

Original customer uploads remain private and are not published. We may show photos of your finished printed decals in our portfolio, social media, and marketing only if you select the optional permission checkbox for that order. The box starts unchecked, and leaving it unchecked does not affect your purchase. Permission is limited to rights you are authorized to grant, covers finished-product photos only, and does not include customer contact or delivery details. Site-generated artwork is not automatically published.
